| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双平面隆乳术矫治小乳症并轻度乳房下垂的临床应用。方法在全麻下对40例小乳症并轻度乳房下垂者,应用乳腺下平面与胸肌下平面双平面硅凝胶假体进行治疗。结果随访40例患者1月-2年,术后患者形态自然,无假体移位、包膜挛缩;无双峰现象出现,1例手感差,其余手感柔软,患者满意。结论用双平面隆乳矫治小乳症并轻度下垂效果佳,不失为一种隆乳的好方法。但对下垂二度以上患者不适用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the ideal methods for correction of small breast and breast ptosis by dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty.Methods 40 cases with small breast and breast ptosis were treated with dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty and mastopexy under general anaesthesia.Results 40 cases were followed up for 1 month to 2 years.40 cases had satisfactory results and no malposition,fibrous capsular contracture or double hump,and 39 cases felt softly.Conclusion Dual-plane augmentation mammoplasty is especially suitable to small breast and breast ptosi. |
