| 摘 要： | 目的了解南充市社区居民Ⅱ型糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率及其主要危险因素。方法在南充市顺庆区新建社区随机抽取200例居民进行糖尿病流行病学调查。结果糖尿病的患病率12.0%,知晓率54.2%,治疗率45.8%,控制率8.3%。体重指数、胸围、腹围、高血压者、平均每天进食薯类量、糖尿病家族史是糖尿病发生的危险因素。结论糖尿病患病率较高,知晓率、治疗率、控制率均较低,危险因素较多,因此有必要加强病人的管理,进行综合干预,改善病人的治疗和控制现状。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of prevalence,awareness,treatment and control as well as the risk factors of T2DM in Nanchong community.Methods An epidemiological survey was employed in the study.200 residents from Xinjian community,Shunqing district,Nanchong city were selected randomly to participate in the survey.Results The prevalence rate of T2DM was 12.0%,and the awareness rate was 54.2% in the people surveyed.The treatment rate was 45.8%,and the control rate was 8.3% in patients with T2DM.The body... |
