南充市社区居民高血压流行病学研究

目的了解南充市社区居民高血压的流行病学特征,为防治高血压提供依据。方法在南充市顺庆区新建社区随机抽取200名居民进行高血压的患病率、知晓率、治疗率、控制率及其主要危险因素等调查。结果高血压患病率为30.5%,知晓率45.9%,治疗率31.1%,控制率8.2%;年龄和家族史是高血压患病的主要危险因素。结论南充市社区居民高血压的发病率较高,知晓率和控制率较低,需要加强高血压的管理,改善病人的治疗和控制现状。

Epidemiological study on hypertension in Nanchong community

Objective To investigate the status of prevalence,awareness,treatment and control as well as the risk factors of hypertension in the Nanchong Community.Methods An epidemiological survey was employed in the study.200 residents from Xinjian community,Shunqing district,Nanchong city were selected randomly to participate in the survey.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 30.5%,and the awareness rate was 45.9% in the people surveyed;the treatment rate was 31.1%,and the control rate was 8.2% in patients with hypertension.Age and family history of hypertension were found to be risk factors for hypertension.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension was high,and the rate of awareness,treatment and control in the patients with hypertension were low.It is very important to strengthen the management,improve the current status of treatment and control in patients with hypertension.
