心内直视下AtricureTM双极射频消融改良迷宫手术治疗大左房心房颤动患者的临床研究

目的评价心内直视下AtricureTM双极射频消融（BRFA）改良迷宫手术治疗大左房（〉55mm）心房颤动（AF）患者的安全性和疗效。方法对30例大左房AF接受心内直视手术加BRFA手术患者,临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全组手术均顺利完成,体外循环时间（108.2±25.3）min,主动脉阻断时间（69.6±23.1）min,BRFA时间（18.7±2.6）min。术后均立即恢复窦性心律。无高度房室传导阻滞发生,无手术死亡。平均住院（11.8±3.7）d。30例术后平均随访（9.3±1.7）个月,AF消除率83.3%（25/30）,窦性心律恢复率76.7%（23/30）。结论 AtricureTM BRFA手术对大左房AF患者仍然安全有效。

The clinical study of AtricureTM bipolar radiofrequency ablation modified maze procedure for atrial fibrillation with large left atrium under the open-heart surgery

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of the AtricureTM bipolar radiofrequency ablation（BRFA） modified maze procedure for atrial fibrillation（AF） with large left atrium under the open-heart surgery.Methods 30 cases with rheumatic heart disease and AF underwent BRFA combined with open-heart surgery.The clinical data was retrospectively analyzed.Results All operation was successful.Cardiopulmonary bypass,aortic clamp and BRFA were（108.2±25.3）,（69.6±23.1） and（18.7±2.6） minutes,respectively.All patients were sinus rhythm after the hearts beat again.No high degree atrioventricular block and operation death were found.Hospital stay was mean（11.8±3.7） days.The rate of freedom from AF was 83.3%（25/30） and the rate of restoration to sinus rhythm was 76.7%（23/30）.Conclusion BRFA is also a safe and valid treatment in eliminating AF of large left atrium patients.
