| 摘 要： | 目的观察西洛他唑联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）的临床疗效。方法将62例DPN患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组30例，两组的基础治疗为：胰岛素强化治疗及甲钴胺1mg、丹参注射液20ml分别加入100ml生理盐水中静滴，治疗组在此基础上每天口服西洛他唑100mg。治疗6周后，观察两组疗效。结果与治疗前相比，治疗组周围神经传导速度明显提高，治疗组总有效率高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论西洛他唑联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变较传统的甲钴胺联合扩血管药物更有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of cilostazol and methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods 40 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into a therapeutic group （20 cases） and control group （ 20 cases ）. The patients of the therapeutic group were treated with cilostazol, whereas the patients of the control group were only treated with methycobal for 6 weeks. The other therapeutic methods of the two group were not different. Results The neural symptoms and the peripheral nerve conduction velocity of in the therapeutic group were more improved than that in the control （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic effects of cilostazol combined methycobal on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is more obvious than that of methycobal. |
