| 摘 要： | 目的观察穴位注射加温针治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效及应用价值。方法采用单盲、随机对照的方法,将符合神经根型颈椎病的200例患者分为治疗组和对照组各100例,治疗组采用穴位注射加温针夹脊穴治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。治疗3个疗程（30次）后,参照《中医病症诊断标准》判定疗效,并根据症状、体征评分观察治疗前后积分变化,进行评价。结果治疗组治愈率为84.00%,总有效率为97.00%,对照组治愈率为64.00%,总有效率为86.00%,两组治愈率和有效率具有显著差异（P〈0.01）。临床症状、体征积分显示,治疗前后两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组经1～2疗程治愈者,其构成比高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论穴位注射加温针夹脊穴治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效优于单纯电针治疗,是较优化的针灸组合和中西医结合的治疗方法,此法集针、灸、药、穴为一体,具有疗效好、见效快,安全、简便、价廉的优点,临床实用价值较高,值得推广应用。
