依达拉奉与银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死临床分析

目的观察依达拉奉与银杏达莫注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将125例急性脑梗死患者按随机数字表法分为依达拉奉与银杏达莫联合使用组（治疗组）与丹参组（对照组）。治疗组给予静脉点滴依达拉奉30mg2次／日与银杏达莫20ml 1次／日；对照组给予静脉点滴丹参注射液250ml／日，疗程均为14天，观察两组临床疗效以及神经功能缺损评分的变化，比较两组治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为87.3％，明显优于对照组的61.3％（P〈0.05）；治疗后治疗组神经功能缺损评分（5.2士4.4）显著减低，与对照组（6.6士3.8）比较差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论依达拉奉联合银杏达莫治疗急性脑梗死疗效好，促进神经功能恢复，疗效优于丹参组。

Therapeutic effect of edaravone with ginkgodipyidamolum on acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy of edaravone combining ginkgodipyidamolum injections in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 125 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment groups and control group. The patient in the treatment group（63 cases） was treated with edaravone （i. v. 30mg,2 times per day） and ginkgodipyidamolum injections （i.v. 20ml , 1 time per day）, while the control group（62 cases） with salvia miltiorrhiza injection（ i. v. 20ml , 1 time per day）. Clinical treatment effect was evaluated through treatment effectiveness evaluation and neurological function defect scale. Results There was a significant difference effective rate between two group（P〈0.05）. The total efficient rate in treatment group （87.3%） was higher than that of the control group （61.30%）. The neurological function defects score had more decrease in the treatment group （5.2±4.4） than that in the control group （6.6±3.8） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Edaravone combining the ginkgodipyidamolum injections is effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and can make neurological function recovered.
