糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病人临床护理中的作用

目的探讨糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病人护理中的作用。方法建立糖尿病护理小组,设组长1名,副组长4名,组员为其他非糖尿病专科护理人员98名,其中男37名,女61名,年龄22～36岁,平均年龄(27±1.8)岁,专科学历51名,本科学历47名,护师35名,护士63名。糖尿病护理小组组长及副组长均先后参加省级及以上培训2次,系统掌握糖尿病知识以及糖尿病患者的护理技能。对非糖尿病专科护理人员开展系统的糖尿病知识及糖尿病护理知识培训,提高非糖尿病专科护理人员的糖尿病专业知识及护理技能。培训前及培训后均对98名非糖尿病专科护理人员进行糖尿病专业知识与糖尿病护理技能考核,并比对两次考核成绩。结果培训后非糖尿病专业护理人员无论从对糖尿病健康教育知识的掌握,还是糖尿病专业知识、糖尿病护理技能都比培训前了显著提高(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病小组对非糖尿病专科护理人员实施的糖尿病知识与护理技能培训可以有效提高对糖尿病患者的护理质量。

Discussion of the role of diabetes team in care diabetic patients

Objective To discuss the role of diabetes team in care diabetic patients.Methods The diabetes care team was established,including a group chief leader,four deputy chiefs,and 98 team members of non-diabetes specialist nursing staffs（37 males and 61 female,age ranged from 22 to 36 years old,average age 27＋/-1.8 years old）,51 of them had college degree,47 of them had bachelor degree,35 of them were nurse practitioner,and 63 were nurses.Diabetes care team leader and deputy team leader participated in the training at the provincial level and above for 2 times,and systematically mastered the knowledge and nursing skills for diabetes patients.The systematic knowledge and trainings of diabetes care were carried out for none-diabetes specialized nursing staffs to improve their professional knowledge and nursing skills.Professional knowledge and skills were assessed before and after training.Results After training,professional knowledge and care skills were obviously enhanced（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Specialized trainings on knowledge and nursing skills for diabetes could effectively improve the quality of care for people with diabetes.
