胺碘酮与利多卡因治疗乌头碱中毒所致室性心律失常疗效分析

摘    要:目的比较胺碘酮与利多卡因治疗乌头碱中毒所致室性心律失常的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析收治的乌头碱中毒所致室性心律失常患者68例的临床资料,随机将患者按照给药方式的不同分为观察组35例和对照组33例。观察组采用胺碘酮,对照组采用利多卡因治疗,比较两组患者心律失常的逆转时间和恶性心律失常的发生率。结果观察组患者心律失常的逆转时间和恶性心律失常的发生率明显低于对照组。比较结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乌头碱中毒所致室性心律失常患者如无特殊禁忌应首选胺碘酮治疗。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of amiodarone and lidocaine in the treatment of the ventricular arrhythmia caused by aconitine poisoning.Methods The clinical data of 68 cases of ventricular arrhythmic patients caused by aconitine poisoning from January 2010 to December 2012 were retrospective analyzed.These patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the different administration.There were 35 cases in observation group,and 33 cases in the control group.The observation group was treated with amiodarone,and the control group with lidocaine.Both groups were observed for arrhythmia control rate and the incidence of malignant arrhythmia.Results The incidence of arrhythmia in patients with malignant ventricular arrhythmia rate were significantly lower than the control group.There was significant difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone should be the first choice for treating ventricular arrhythmia induced by aconitine poisoning unless there was any contraindication.
