| 摘 要： | 目的 :测定不同类型缺血性脑血管病 (ICVD)患者血浆内皮素 (ET 1)与降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量 ,以探讨早期治疗对策。方法 :采用RIA法检测。结果 :脑梗死、脑动脉硬化、椎 基底动脉供血不足组ET 1升高 ,与健康对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。 3组患者中的CGRP水平与对照组相比 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :ET 1升高和CGRP的降低与缺血性脑血管病的损伤程度有关 ,说明ET 1和CGRP参与脑缺血形成机制。可将此改变作为早期判断ICVD病情严重程度的指标之一。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study plasma ET and CGRP of three groups of patients with different cerebral ischemic diseases.Methods:RIA was used. Results:ET in the group of cerebral infarction or vertibral basal artery ischemic attack was significantly higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).Three groups patients of plasma CGRP different with the control group was no significanty( P >0 05).Conclusion:Since this revealed ET and CGRP were involved in the mechanism of the occurring of cerebral ischemc.The changes can be regarded as parmeters to diagnosis cerebral ischemic disease at early stage,also as one factor to decide prognosis of old patients.The results suggest the extent of cerebral ischemic lesion is related to the increase of ET and the decrease of CGRP. |
