α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂筛选模型的研究进展

α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂（alpha-glucosidase inhibitors，α-GI）是可用于治疗2型糖尿病的一类新型药物，广泛存在于植物果实、叶片和种子等组织器官中。近15年来，国内外从中草药中寻找新的α-GI的研究渐趋活跃，逐渐成为防治糖尿病的热点。随着α-GI的不断发现，构建更加符合人体糖尿病病理生理特征、更加具有临床意义的α-GI高通量体外筛选模型，对降糖药的研发具有重要的意义。本文综述了以中草药为来源的α-GI筛选研究进展，并对各种方法存在的问题和今后研究思路进行了探讨。

Progress on research of screening methods for alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from Chinese medicinal herbs

Alpha-glucosidase inhibitors are novel hypoglycemic drugs which have been used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus since 1980s. It has long been realized that many naturally occurring substances in plant materials such as fruits, leaves, seeds etc, have inhibitory effect on alpha glucosidase. Recently, the research of screening new alpha-glucosidase inhibitors both at home and abroad has become popular and the topic for treating and prevention of diseases including diabetes mellitus. With increasing discovery of alpha-glucosidase inhibitors, it is necessary to construct a reliable high-throughput way for screening alpha-glucosidase inhibitors. Such action may help the development of a potential functional factor for lowering blood glucose. In this paper the advance of screening models for alpha-glucosidase inhibitors from Chinese herbal drugs and their drawbacks are reviewed, the future way of research in this field is also discussed.
