| 摘 要： | 天津市以区域卫生规划为纲领，改革城市卫生服务体系，已初步建立起了符合天津市城市定位与功能要求的较为完善的卫生服务体系。通过对天津市卫生服务体系现状的介绍及对其主要措施的分析，为我国卫生服务体系建设提供有益的启发和借鉴。
