| 摘 要： | 本文从农村基本医疗服务网络存在的"结构性"问题与系统"裂痕"出发,对系统工程学中的质量链管理概念以及该概念在卫生系统研究中的应用进行回顾,对农村基本医疗服务网络中的质量链进行概念抽象,为研究农村基本医疗服务质量提供创新性的理论研究基础。
