标准化病人在我国临床医学教学中的SWOT分析

本文在系统评阅中国知网全文期刊数据库97篇文献的基础上,运用SWOT（优势、劣势、机遇、威胁）分析法系统分析标准化病人在我国临床医学教学中的应用前景.结果提示,在临床医学教育中,标准化病人的应用具有培养学生思维能力、提升临床操作水平、提高医患沟通能力和增加考核公平性的优势,而在应用中也存在不能完全反映疾病客观体征和模拟非典型病例的问题,建议将其与心、肺听诊及腹部触诊系统等先进设备相结合,以进一步提高医学生的操作水平.

SWOT Analysis of Standardized Patient Using in Clinical Skills Training in China

This paper analyzes the situation of standardized patient using in clinical skills training with SWOT （strength,weakness,opportunity,threat） analysis,based on systematic reviewing ninety-seven literatures.The results indicate that standardized patient has advantages in cultivating students＇ thinking ability,improving operative ability,enhance the communication ability of students,and also could increase equality of assessment,but it couldnt imitate physical sign and atypical disease.So it should be employed combining with advanced devices like equipment using in heart and lung auscultation and abdominal palpation to improve medical students＇skills further.
