| 摘 要： | 目前从基因水平阐明冠心病尤其是早发冠心病的发病机制是医学研究的热点和难点。作者对近年来脂质代谢、半胱氨酸代谢、肾素一血管紧张素一醛固酮系统、血小板膜糖蛋白及纤维蛋白原基因、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂、基质金属蛋白酶、内皮型一氧化氮合酶、E-选择素、血小板反应素等一些相关基因多态性与早发冠心病有关的研究作一综述。

| Abstract: | Now numerous researches have discovered that many genes are associated with the pathogenesis of coronary heart disease, especially in premature coronary heart disease. Here genetic polymorphisms of apopipoproteins,homocysteine,renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system,platelet glucoprotein and thrombin and matrix metaloproteinases,etc.were reviewed referring to the latest development in this field. |
