银屑病与心血管疾病发病相关性

银屑病是一种病因不明的慢性、复发性、炎症性疾病,主要表现为皮肤损害。心血管疾病近年来逐渐位居全球疾病负担的首位,已经成为各国政府重点关注的公共卫生问题。银屑病高风险并发心血管疾病的病例显示,银屑病可能是诱发心血管疾病的危险因素之一。研究银屑病与心血管疾病发病相关性有利于进一步认识这两种复杂的慢性病,并为之提供更为多样的诊疗方式。本文从发病相关机制等方面对近年来银屑病与心血管疾病发病相关性进行简要综述。

A review of the correlation between psoriasis and cardiovascular disease

Psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent, inflammatory disease of unknown etiology, mainly manifested as skin damage. In recent years, cardiovascular disease has gradually ranked first in the global burden of disease, and has become a public health issue that governments of all countries focus on. The cases with high risk of psoriasis complicated with cardiovascular disease show that psoriasis may be one of the risk factors for cardiovascular disease. Studying the correlation between psoriasis and cardiovascular disease is helpful to further understand these two complex chronic diseases and provide them with more diverse diagnosis and treatment. This article briefly summarizes the correlation between psoriasis and cardiovascular disease in recent years in terms of pathogenesis-related mechanisms.
