| 摘 要： | 目的探讨颈椎术后脑脊液漏的防治措施.方法对20例颈椎术后脑脊液漏患者临床资料进行回顾分析.结果 18例患者经一般处理及手术切口旁持续硬膜外引流于2～15 d内治愈,无切口不愈合、脑脊液囊肿形成、中枢神经系统感染及再次手术修补病例.2例患者经传统方法处理,分别发生脑脊液囊肿、中枢神经系统感染.结论手术切口旁持续硬膜外引流脑脊液,是预防和处理颈椎术后脑脊液漏简单、安全、有效的方法. |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prevention and treatment of the postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in cervical vertebrae surgery. Methods 20 cases of the postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in cervical vertebrae surgery data were processed by retrospective analysis . Results Through postoperative general treatment and continuous drainage outside the dura mater through paraincision, 18 cases were cured between 2 days to 15 days, no unhealing incision and centrale nervouse system infection and cerebrospinal fluid cyst and operativing repair occurred. 2 cases occured differently cerebrospinal fluid cyst and centrale nervouse system infection by traditional treatment. Conclusion Continuous drainage outside the dura mater through para-incision is a simple and safe and effective treatment to postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage in cervical vertebrae surgery. |
