| 摘 要： | 目的：研究阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株ＨＳＣ－Ｔ６增殖及胶原合成的影响。方法：采用肝贮脂细胞株，以细胞增殖抑制率为指标，用噻唑蓝（ＭＴＴ）法测定药物对大鼠贮脂细胞株ＨＳＣ－Ｔ６增殖的影响；通过＾３Ｈ－脯氨酸掺入法测定药物对ＨＳＣ－Ｔ６胶原合成的影响。结果：阿魏酸钠对大鼠贮脂细胞株ＨＳＣ－Ｔ６增殖及胶原合成的抑制率随药物浓度增加（２８．９～４６２．６ｎｍｏｌ／Ｌ）而升高，呈药物浓度依赖关系。结论：阿魏酸

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the influence of sodium ferulate on proliferation of HSC T6 and synthesis of collagen in rats. Methods: The effects of sodium ferulate on proliferation of HSC T6 were observed by MTT colorimetric assay and synthesis of collagen were observed by the incorporation of 3H proline. Results: Sodium ferulate inhibited the proliferation of HSC T6 and synthesis of collagen in a dose dependent manner. Conclusion: Sodium ferulate can prevent HSC T6 cell proliferation and collagen synthesis significantly in vitro . |
