| 摘 要： | 目的探讨NK细胞活化受体（NKG2D）及调节性T细胞（Treg cells）在食管癌患者外周血中表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用流式细胞术检测140例食管癌患者及51例健康者外周血NKG2D表达率、及调节性T细胞占CD4＋T百分比,分析研究各细胞表达与食管癌临床TNM分期及调节性T细胞与NKG2D相关性。结果食管癌外周血NKG2D表达小于健康者（P〈0.001）;调节性T细胞表达大于健康者（P〈0.001）。NKG2D与调节性T细胞呈负相关性（r=-0.346,P〈0.001）。NKG2D表达总变异的12%与调节性T细胞有关（R2=0.120）。结论食管癌患者外周血调节性T细胞、NKG2D表达均与临床TNM分期有关。调节性T细胞抑制了NKG2D介导的NK细胞抗肿瘤功能。
