| 摘 要： | 目的观察喜炎平治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法将168例手足口病患儿随机分成两组,治疗组为喜炎平注射液静脉滴注组,共92例;对照组为病毒唑注射液静脉滴注组,共76例。两组均辅助水溶性维生素静脉滴注,连续治疗7 d后,观察热退、皮疹消退的时间。结果治疗组热退、皮疹消退的时间明显少于对照组;治疗组总有效率为97.83%,高于对照组85.53%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论喜炎平治疗儿童手足口病效果显著,无明显不良反应,值得临床推广使用。
