性早熟儿童IGF—Ⅰ和IGFBP—3水平的观察

摘    要:目的:通过对胰岛素生长因子-Ⅰ(IGF-Ⅰ)、胰岛素生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)、生长激素(GH)及雌二醇(E2)的检测,观察性早熟儿童的生长发育轴系发育情况及与性激素的关系。方法:分别对42例真性性早熟、14例正常儿童用放射免疫及免疫放射法检测GH、IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3及E2水平。结果:真性性早熟组IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3及E2水平与对照组7比较差异均有非常显性意义(P<0.01);GH水平高于对照组,但无统计学意义(P>0.05)。将观察组IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3、GH与E2值行相关分析,结果E2与IGF-Ⅰ及IGFBP-3均有非常显的相关性(P<0.01),E2与GH无相关关系(P>0.05),IGF-Ⅰ与IGFBP-3比较有显的相关性(P<0.05)。结论:性早熟儿童生长激素介质IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3水平显升高,IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3的升高与E2水平有密切的关系。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the correlation between the growing-hormone axis and the sex hormone in sexual precocity by measuring the levels of IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3、 GH and E2.Methods:The levels of IGF-Ⅰ、 IGFBP-3 、GH、 E2 were detected with Radioammunoassay. 42 cases of sexual precocity children were taken as the observation group,14 cases normal children as the control group.Results:The mean of IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3、 E2、 GH was 293.30ng/ml、 5145.00ng/ml、10.15pg/ml、4.27ng/ml in the observation group and was 77.27ng/ml、2198.50ng/ml、3.50pg/ml 、2.33ng/ml in the control group.The levels of IGF-Ⅰ 、IGFBP-3、 E2 were significantly different between observation group and control group.There was significant correlation between IGF-Ⅰ、 IGFBP-3 and E2 in observation group, and no correlation between GH and E2.Conclusion:The levels of IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3 were significantly higher in the sexual precocity children.there was significantly correlation between IGF-Ⅰ、IGFBP-3 and E2.
