藤黄超临界二氧化碳流体萃取物中化学成分

摘    要:目的研究藤黄药材的超临界二氧化碳流体萃取物中的主要化学成分。方法采用硅胶与十八烷基硅烷层析分离,用波谱法鉴定结构。结果从中分离出5个已知化学成分,分别为β-谷甾醇、藤黄酸、新藤黄酸、藤黄吉酸和去氧桑藤黄素。结论应用与已知物薄层色谱对照的方法及波谱法可鉴定所有被分离出的化学成分。

Abstract:Objective To investigate chemical constituents in gamboge extractant with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid.Methods Chromatographic separation was carried out on silica gel and octadecyl silane(ODS),and spectrum method was employed to identify chemical structure.Results Five known chemical constituents were isolated.They were β-sitosterol,gambogic acid,neo-gambogic acid,gambogellic acid and desoxymorellin.Conclusion All of the isolated chemical constituents can be identified by comparing thin layer chromatography(TLC) with that of authentic samples combined with spectrum method.
