| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究第 1 0号染色体同源丢失性磷酸酶———张力蛋白基因 (PTEN)在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达水平以及与其分化程度的关系。方法 :以免疫组化方法检测 60例不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌组织中PTEN蛋白的表达水平。结果 :60例宫颈鳞癌中 ,PTEN表达阳性 40例 (66 .67% ) ,其中弱阳性 2 2例 (36 .67% ) ,阳性 1 0例 (1 6 .67% ) ,强阳性 8例 (1 3 .33 % )。在不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌组织中 ,低分化中PTEN蛋白表达 1 3例 (46 .43 % ) ,明显低于高分化 2 7例 (84.37% ) ,经t检验有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :PTEN与宫颈鳞癌及其分化程度有关

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between PTEN expression and the degree differentiation of squamous cell carainoma of the cervix.Methods Expression of PTEN was examed by immunohistochemistry.Result PTEN protein was detected in the cytoplasm,of the 60 patients, 40(60%) were positive for PTEN expression, PTEN expression level was correlated with the degree differentiation of squamous cell carainoma of the cervix. Conclusions Tumor suppressor gene PTEN correlates with the degree of the neoplastic differentiation. |
