肝脏疾病对血清甲状腺激素水平的影响及其临床意义

目的　探讨血清T3、T4、rT3、FT3、FT4与肝脏损害程度的相关性。方法　测定不同种类肝脏疾病患者和健康者血清中甲状腺激素 (T3、T4、FT3、FT4 )、rT3及TSH水平。并对结果进行t检验分析。结果　患病组与健康组血清TSH结果无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。患病组血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4下降 ,而rT3含量增高。两组结果差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。即肝脏疾病与血清T3、T4、rT3、FT3、FT4相关。结论　血清T3、T4、rT3、FT3、FT4含量是反映肝功能的一项敏感指标。肝功能受损可能是导致肝脏疾病患者甲状腺激素异常的重要原因。血清T3、T4、rT3、FT3、FT4测定对肝脏疾病诊断、治疗与预后有一定的临床意义。

Discussion on the relation of serum thyroid hormones concentration with hepatitis diseases and clinical significance

Objective To clarify the relation between serum T3,T4,rT3,FT3,FT4 and liver damage. Methods The serum T3,T4,rT3,FT3,FT4 and TSH of the hepatitis disease patients and normal controls were measured.The differences between the case group and the control group were studied by T test. Results Serum total and free triiodothyroxine (T3,FT3) and thyroxine (T4,FT4) were singificantly lower in the hepatitis group,but rT3 was significantly higher than the control group.The difference between the two groups was remarkable. Conclusion The results shows that the contents of serum thyroid hormones and rT3 should be regarded as an important sensitive index in hepatic function.The impairment of liver functions might be an important factor of resulting in abnormal thyroid hormones.The changes of the serum T3,T4,rT3,FT3,FT4 in hepatitis disease have clinical significance in diagnoses,cure and preditation.
