| 摘 要： | 目的了解住院患者深静脉血栓发病及预防治疗情况。方法回顾性分析近10年经B超（US）、核磁共振（MRI）、造影等确诊下肢深静脉血栓患者的发病、临床表现及治疗等。结果下肢深静脉血栓患者76例,女性多于男性,男女比例为1∶2,左下肢静脉血栓多于右下肢,患肢肿胀、疼痛为主要临床表现,D-二聚体普遍升高（1353.94±759.4）,抗凝治疗低分子肝素及华法林的使用率,内科明显高于外科、骨科及肿瘤科,（P〈0.01）。结论近年深静脉血栓性疾病受到重视,预防治疗率提高,但仍有很多科室医生认识不足,存在治疗不规范,甚至不合理,必须引起重视。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence,clinical features and anticoagulation therapy of DVT in hospitalized patients.Methods We adopted retrospectively analysis to analyze the clinical and lab data of patients who were diagnosed by US of MRI from January 2000 to December 2009.Results A total of 76 patients were analyzed.A higher incidence of DVT was abserved in female than in male（were in a ratio of 2 to 1）.Leg edema and pain were the major symptoms.D-dimer was going up aniversally（1353.9±759.4）.In using LMWH threatment internists were more frequantly than surgeons.Conclusion It is important to diagnosis DVT as soon as possible and to treatment rationally. |
