摘    要:肝纤维化是以细胞外基质沉积为特征的创伤愈合过程。肝星状细胞是肝纤维化发生发展中的关键细胞。肝星状细胞活化受细胞因子和细胞内信号转导途径所调控,其活化过程中的相关调控因子是抗肝纤维化治疗的重要靶标。肝纤维化分子机制正在不断阐明,给攻克肝纤维化治疗难题带来希望。

Abstract:Liver fibrosis is a wound healing process characterized by accumulation of extracellular matrix proteins. The hepatic stellate cell(HSC) is a pivotal cell type in the development of liver fibrosis. Activation of HSC is regulated by several growth factors/cytokines and other soluble factors and their intracellular signalling pathways. Potential regulatory factors of HSC activation are important targets for antifibrotic treatments. The molecular mechanisms of liver fibrosis are becoming increasingly clear, giving real hope of impacting therapeutically on this serious disease.
