讨论式教学法在生命支持课程中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨将小组讨论式教学法应用于生命支持课程教学中的可行性和有效性。方法以小组讨论式教学方法对昆明医科大学第一附属医院临床医学专业本科实习生进行生命支持课程授课。结果小组讨论式教学组理论考核和临床技能考核成绩均优于传统教学组(P〈0.01),学生对讨论式教学的评价亦优于传统教学,讨论式教学组学生的学习效果好、分析和解决问题的能力相对较高。结论将小组讨论式教学法引人生命支持课程教学中可以明显提高教学效果,调动学生的学习主动性,有利于培养学生分析、解决问题的能力。

Application of discussion-based teaching method in life support course

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of using discussionbased teaching method in the life support course. Methods Use discussion teaching method in life support course for medical clinical interns. At the end of courses, teaching effect was evaluated through examination and questionnaire sur- vey. Results Both of the theoretical examination and clinical skills examination results of discussion teaching group were better than traditional teaching group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). It was showed that the discussion teaching meth- od was helpful to improve students' abilities in learning, analyzing and solving problem. Conclusion Using discussion teaching method in life support can course improve teaching effect, arouse students' learning initia- tive, and cultivate students' ability to analyze and solve the problem.
