| 摘 要： | 本文前瞻性对照观察了中药大黄雷公藤合剂治疗系膜增殖性肾炎的临床疗效。治疗组28例口服肾炎宁胶囊4粒,1日3次.对照组26例,口服雷公藤总萜片4片,1日3次.平均随访8个月后,治疗组临床缓解8例(28.6%),改善11例(39.3%),仅9例(32.1%)无效.而对照组分别为15.4%,23.4%和61.5%,两组患者临床有效率相比,有显著统计学意义(P<0.001).本文还就疗效产生的机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | A propective study was performed to observe clinical effect of Rheum officinale(RO) in the treatment of mesangial glomerulonephritis.54 cases wers divided into 2 groups.Group A (28 cases) received RO and Triptergium wilfordii Hook(TW),and group B(26 cases) took TW only as control.After average 8 months,the remission rate in group A was 28.6%,improvement 39.3% and no effect 39.4%,while group B was 15.4%,23.4% and 61.5% repectively.RO combined with TW was more effective in treatment of mesangial glomerulonephritis than using TW alone. |
