| 摘 要： | 心血管疾病（CVD）是慢性肾功能衰竭（CRF）患者最常见的并发症，其发病机制尚不完全清楚：经十年的研究发现，促红细胞生成素（EPO）的减少、炎症一营养不良、血管内皮细胞功能障碍及心肌新生血管形成障碍^1jCVD的发生、发展有关。作者通过探讨CRF并发CVD新的发病机制，旨在为临床上防治CRF患者并发CVD寻找更好的方法和策略.

| Abstract: | Cardiovascular disease(CVD) is a common fingding in paitients with chronic renal failure(CRF),its pathogenesis is not clear.In the past decade,the relation reduce of EPO,malnutrition and inflammation,endothelial dysfunctin and angiodysplasia with pathogenesis of CVD had been investigated,These risk factors inducing CVD were reviewed. |
