| 摘 要： | 内化是生物大分子(包括细菌、病毒等)进入细胞内的膜泡转运过程。病毒内化是其复制、致病、抗原加工呈递和诱发机体免疫应答的前提,对研究病毒性疾病的发病机制具有重要意义。汉坦病毒主要通过受体介导的包涵素被覆小凹途径进入细胞。

| Abstract: | Internalization is a process by which biomacromolecules enter into cells.Viral internalization is the prerequisite of virus replication,pathopoiesis,antigen processing and presentation,and induction of immune response.It is very important to study the pathogenesis of viral diseases.Hantavirus enters into cells by clathrin-dependent receptor-mediated endocytosis. |
