Smad3基因剔除小鼠血清酶活性的变化

为了解人工饲养条件下猕猴脏器自发病变的发生情况。建立猕猴自发病变的病理图谱，采用常规组织学技术，观察了各个年龄阶段的68例猕猴肾脏的组织病理变化。结果发现。79.4%的肾脏存在不同程度的病变，包括肾小球，肾小管和肾间质的多种病变共14种。肾组织病变程度和病变发生率随年龄增长增加。自发病变对动物实验的干扰应引起足够重视。

Altered Seroenzyme Activity in Smad3 Gene Knock-out Mice

To study the histopathological changes in spontaneous kidney lesions of breeding macaca mulatta, kidney samples from the monkey at the age of 2~20 years were investigated by routine histological technique. The results showed that various spontaneous lesions including glomerulus's, renal tubules and interrenal tissue etc, totaling more than 14 kinds in different degrees, were found in 79.4% of the monkeys. The degree and the frequency of the lesions were increased with age. The results suggested that the spontaneous lesions of kidney were often observed in macaca mulatta and its interference effect on medicine research should be considered seriously.
