STIR成像技术在脊柱转移瘤中的应用

目的 探讨STIR（Short TI Inversion-Recovery反转恢复）成像技术对脊柱转移瘤的诊断价值.方法 对50例脊柱转移瘤患者进行常规MRI平扫、STIR扫描,分析病变的检出情况及病变形态、信号的显示效果.结果 在病变的检出,病变形态、信号的显示方面,STIR扫描明显优于平扫各图像,在定性诊断中有明显优势.结论 STIR成像对脊柱转移瘤病变的检出,病变形态、信号的显示均具明显优势,使MRI对疾病诊断的准确率得到大大提高,因此,STIR成像技术在脊柱转移瘤病变中的应用越来越多,对诊断具有重要价值.

Diagnostic Value of STIR in Spinal Metastases

Objective To study the diagnostic value of STIRin Spinal metastases.Methods Conventional MRI, STIR MRI were performed in 40 patients with spinal metastases. The detection, demonstration and signal featuresof the spinal metastaseswere observed.Results STIRwasobviously superior to plain scansin detection of the lesion, in displaying the lesion＇s morphology,in showing the lesion＇s signal, STIR has obvious advantages in qualitative diagnosis. Conclucion MRI STIR technique has obvious advantages in detecting spinal metastases, in displaying the lesion＇s morphology and in showing the lesion＇s signal, has obvious improving the correct diagnosisin spinal MRI.Therefore,STIR technique isof great value in MRI examination of spinal metastases.
