高压注射法和手推法在颅内肿瘤磁共振增强扫描中临床效果观察

目的 比较高压注射法和手推团注法在MRI增强扫描中临床效果的差异.方法 收集我院2012年4月至2014年4月使用磁显葡胺注射液进行颅内肿瘤磁共振增强检查患者300例,采用前瞻性试验研究,根据不同推注方法进行分组：实验组150例使用高压注射器推注,对照组150例使用手推法团注.结果 高压法增强未出现不良反应的患者,手推法增强患者不良反应率为3％,高压注射法图像质量满意度为98.67％,手推法满意度为94.67％.结论 MRI增强对比时高压注射法较传统手推法更加安全可靠,而且成像效果优于手推法.

Observation of MRI Contrast Enhancement with Gd-DTPA-clinical Effect in High Pressure Injector and Hand Bolus Injection

Objective To investigate the difference of enhanced effect in intracranial tumor MRI contrast enhancement, and compare the adverse effect in both method. Method In a prospective trial, 300 people who received contrast enhancement with Gd - DTPA since April 2010 to April 2014 were collected and assigned to two group：those receiving high pressure injector（n = 150）, those receiving hand bolus injection（ n = 150）. Results There was no adverse effect happened when we used the high pressure injector, and the The incidence of adverse effect with hand bolus injection was 3 %. degree of satisfaction of high pressure injector is 98.67 %,which is 94.67 % in hand bolus injection. Conclusion High pressure injector is safer than hand bolus injection in MRI contrast enhancement , and the high pressure injector has a better quality than hand bolus injection.
