| 摘 要： | 目的通过采用自体颞筋膜移植法,抢救角膜溃疡穿孔或即将穿孔的重症患者,探讨采用自体颞筋膜作为角膜修补材料的临床应用及前景.方法采用自体颞筋膜移植法,治疗感染性角膜溃疡穿孔3例(3眼),蚕蚀性角膜溃疡5例(6眼)术后随访2～3年.结果术后颞筋膜均愈合良好,逐渐透明,3例角膜溃疡穿孔患眼恢复部分视力,5例蚕蚀性角膜溃疡病例,无复发.结论应用颞筋膜作为角膜修补材料,不仅能保留眼球完整性,也能不同程度提高视力,达到治疗和恢复部分视力的双重目的.

| Abstract: | Objective To save patients of corneal perforation and would-be ones by autotemporal fascial grafting method,and investigate both the clinical application and future using of autotemporal fascial as corneal reconstructive material.Methods To treat 1 case(1 eye) infectious corneal perforation,2 cases(3 eyes) Mooren's ulcer.Patients were followed-up 2 to 3 years.Results All autotemperal fascial grew well as corneal reconstructive material,and even clarified gradually.1 case corneal perforation,however,recoverd some eyesight,2 cases Mooren's ulcer never recurred.Conclutions The autotemporal fascial can not only remain eye globe,but also improve eyesight on some degree.So it is a new material as corneal reconstruction to reach the effects of treatment and partly eyesight recover. |
