原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表阈值的建立

摘    要:目的:建立原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表的阈值。方法:以确诊的200例原发性高血压患者为调查对象,利用德尔菲法确定主观权重系数,利用因子分析法确定客观权重系数。将两种赋权方法得出的某一指标的权数相乘,最后进行归一化处理,得到目标组合权数,然后采用受试者工作特征曲线确定最佳证候诊断阈值。结果:受试者工作特征曲线的证候积分Y=185.5时,诊断量表最佳的敏感度为92.0%和特异度为90.8%。结论:原发性高血压肝阳上亢证诊断量表阈值的证候积分≥185.5。

Abstract:Objective:To establish diagnosis scale threshold of essential hypertension with liver-Yang ascending syndrome.Methods:Total 200 essential hypertensive patients were selected.We use Delphi method to determine subjective weighting coefficient,use factor analysis method to determine objective weighting coefficient.Subjective weighting coefficient multiplied by objective weighting coefficient and normalized,use receive operating characteristic curve to determine the best threshold.Results:When the syndrome score of receive operating characteristic curve Y=185.5,diagnostic scale has the best sensitivity 92.0% and specificity 90.8%.Conclusion:Syndrome score of essential hypertension with liver-Yang ascending syndrome is established,the diagnostic scale≥185.5.
