| 摘 要： | 红原草炭腐植酸钠腹腔注射约1/5 LD_(50)剂量,对大鼠蛋清性足肿有显著抗炎作用,未见对血浆前列腺素含量的影响,但能明显降低大鼠肾上腺维生素C含量及增加大鼠、兔血浆皮质酮含量。初步表明,腐植酸钠的抗炎作用可能与刺激肾上腺皮质释放皮质激素有关。

| Abstract: | The anti-inflammatory action of sodiumhuminate extracted from Hong Yuan peatwas evaluated by means of the volumetricmothod for rat hind paws. Intraperitionealinjection of sodium huminate at a singledose of 50 mg/kg (1/5 LD_(50)) significantlyreduced the swelling of the rat hind pawscause by subcutaneous injection of egg al-bumin. Besides, sodium huminate was foundto decrease the adrenal ascorbic acid contentin rats and increase the plasma corticosteronecontent in rats and rabbits, but no changein the plasma PGE content in rats wasobserved. Based on the observation of the deple-tion of adrenal ascorbic acid and increase inplasma corticosterone content, we suggestthat the antiphlogistic effect of Hong Yuanpeat sodium huminate may be related to themediation of the adrenal cortex. |
