| 摘 要： | 白杨素即5,7-二羟基黄酮是从紫葳科植物木蝴蝶中提取的一种具有广泛生物活性的黄酮类化合物,其抗肿瘤作用是近年来研究的一个热点。白杨素抗肿瘤作用主要表现为抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药和抗基因突变等。本文就白杨素的抗肿瘤作用及机理进行综述。

| Abstract: | Chrysin,5,7-dihydroxylflavone,is one of flavones extracted from Orocylumineicum vent.It has extensive biological activities,of which its antitumor effect has been a hot pot in research in recent years.Its antitomor effect is mainly characterized by inhibitionof tumor cells,induction of apoptosis of tumor cells,reversion of tumor cells multiple-resistance,and antagonism of reversion of tumor cells multiple-resistance,and antagonism of gene mutation,etc.The paper is a review on the antitumor effect of Chrysin and its mechanism. |
