灯盏花素治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效观察

目的　探讨灯盏花素注射液对冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法　对 16 4例冠心病、心绞痛患者随机分两组 ,一组用灯盏花素注射液 10ml(5 0mg)静滴 ,每日一次 ,每两周为一疗程 ;另一组用复方丹参注射液16ml静滴 ,所获数据经方差分析 ,求P值用t检验。结果　灯盏花素注射液 ,临床总有效率为 87.2 %,心电图改善率为 6 5 .1%;丹参组分别为 :6 4 .1%,4 4 .9%,两组疗效比较 ,P均 <0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异。结论　灯盏花素可以改善冠心病心肌缺血灯盏花素组对全血粘度、血浆粘度、血小板聚集率 ,也有一定改善作用 ,较复方丹参组为优。

Curative Effect of Dengzhanhua on Cardio Angina Pectoris

Objective To study the curative effect of cardio angina pectoris treated with dengzhanhua injection. Methods 164 cases of cardio angina pectoris were divided into two groups, one group was given intravenous drips with 10ml Dengzhanhua injection,once a day,and one course of treatment was two weeks.The other group was given intravenous drips with Danshen Compound injection.The data have been analyzed.Results The total effective rate of dengzhanhua injection was 87.2% and the improvement rate of electrocadiogram was 65.1%. While those of Danshen injection were 64.1% and 44.9% respectively.The curative effect was obviously different between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Thedengzhanhuainjection can improve the lack of blood of cardio angina pectoris,the visicosity of the whole bloob and plasma. It also plays an important part in collecting platelet.So it is much better than Danshen injecton.
