蒙药芹叶铁线莲种子萌发特性研究

摘    要:目的:研究蒙药芹叶铁线莲种子的萌发特性,以期为铁线莲属植物种质资源保存、引种栽培、育种等提供依据。方法:研究芹叶铁线莲种子的形态学、种子活力等特性及不同温度、不同低温层积天数、不同时间强酸处理对种子发芽率的影响,运用SPSS软件对数据进行分析和处理。结果:芹叶铁线莲种子最适发芽温度为20℃,低温层积处理60天、浓硫酸浸泡lOs种子发芽率最高,分别达到:13.334±0.387%和15.384±2.40%。结论:低温层积50d~60d,95%浓硫酸浸泡lOs,并在20℃下萌发可以显著提高芹叶铁线莲种子的发芽率。

Abstract:Objective: In order to provide the basis for germplasm resource preservation, introduction and culti-vation and breeding, we investigate the seed germination of Clematis aethusifolia. Methods: We study the morphology, seed vigor of Clematis aethusifolia seed, and the influence of different temperature, different days of cold stratification plot and different concentrations of acid treatment on the germination rate of Clematis aethusifolia seeds. The data were analyzed and processed using SPSS Software. Result: The optimal temperature for the seed germination was 20 centigrade, being processed under cold stratification 60 days and soaked 10 second by concentrated sulfuric acid have a germination rate of 13.33±0.387% and. 15.38±2.40%. Conclusion: The best condition to the germination of the seeds is to be processed under cold stratification 50 -60days and be soaked 10second by concentrated sulfuric acid.
