复方蜈蚣散治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风63例

目的:观察复方蜈蚣散治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各63例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用复方蜈蚣散治疗,2组均连续治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效、NHISS评分及FMA评分变化情况。结果:总有效率观察组为92.06%,对照组为74.60%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。NHISS及FMA评分治疗前后2组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗后组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:复方蜈蚣散治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风临床疗效显著。

Treatment of 63 Cases of Ischemic Stroke with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Pattern with Compound Centipede Powder

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of compound centipede powder in the treatment of ischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern.Methods:All 126 cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each of 63 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with compound centipede powder on the basis of conventional treatment.The two groups were treated for one month.The clinical efficacy,NHISS score and FMA score of two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 92.06％ and 74.60％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the two groups of NHISS and FMA score before and after treatment(P＜0.05).As for comparison between the two groups after treatment,there were statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion:There was remarkable curative effect of compound centipede powder in the treatment ofischemic stroke with Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern.
