基于知识图谱的不孕症中医药研究的可视化分析

目的:分析40余年来中医药诊治不孕症的研究热点,并探讨其未来的发展趋势。方法:以不孕症为研究主题,检索中国知网自1976年1月—2020年11月的文献,利用CiteSpace软件和VOSviewer软件,通过合作网络、关键词聚类、关键词共现等方法对文献的发表年份、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化图谱分析。结果:共纳入中文文献6 852篇,包含核心作者220位,主要研究机构有南京中医药大学、湖南中医药大学、山东中医药大学、广州中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学和成都中医药大学,出现频率较高的关键词有多囊卵巢综合征、排卵障碍、输卵管阻塞、子宫内膜异位症等,多以肾虚血瘀为基本病机,治疗上注重对月经周期的调理,强调病证结合治疗,中西医结合治疗具有一定优势。结论:中医药诊治不孕症优势明显,但还需要更高质量的临床和基础研究证实其功效和机制,中医药调理体质与治未病和助力辅助生殖可能是未来的研究热点。

Visualization Analysis of TCM Study in Female Infertility Based on Knowledge Mapping

Objective:To analyze the development status and research situation of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility in the past 40 years,and to explore the future development direction.Methods:Taking female infertility as the research topic,the literatures were retrieved from the databases of CNKI from January 1976 to November 2020,and the publication year,author,institution and keywords of the literatures were analyzed by the methods of cooperation network,keyword clustering and keyword co-occurrence with CiteSpace and VOSviewer.Results:A total of 6,852 Chinese literatures and 220 key authors were included.The main research institutions include Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,Shandong University of TCM,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine and Chengdu University of TCM.Polycystic ovary syndrome,ovulation disorder,fallopian tube obstruction and endometriosis were key words with higher frequency.The basic pathogenesis is Kidney deficiency and blood stasis.In terms of the treatment,the regulation of menstrual cycle was paid attention to,and the treatment based on the combination of disease and syndrome was emphasized.The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine has an advantage in treating female infertility.Conclusion:TCM has obvious advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility,but higher quality clinical and basic researches are needed to confirm the efficacy and the mechanism.Regulation of physical constitution,preventive treatment of disease and assisted reproductive technique may be the research hot spots in the future.
