依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血临床疗效观察

目的：探讨依达拉奉治疗急性脑出血患者的临床效果。方法：将100例脑出血患者按入院先后顺序随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组50例。两组患者均予常规基础治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上加用依迭拉奉治疗，14天为一疗程，28日后比较两组患者临床总有效率。结果：治疗组总有效率为88％，显著高于对照组的68％，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论：依迭拉奉治疗脑出血能显著提高总有效率，是一种有效、安全的治疗方法。

Effect of Edaravone for acute Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of edaravone in treating acute intracerebral hemorrhage （ICH）. Methods;One hundred patients with ICH were randomly divided into treatment group（50cases） and control group （ 50 cases） according to admission sequence. The control group received the routine treatment, while the treatment group received additional edaravone treatment based on the routine therapy. 14 days for a course of treatment, clinical total effective rate of two groups was compared at 28th day. Result：The total effective rate in treatment group is 88%, Significantly higher than that of control group 68%~. there is a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Edaravone is an effi- cacious and safe therapeutic agent for ICH, It can significantly raise the total effective rate in treating ICH.
