仿真模拟教学在脊髓损伤患者间歇导尿操作中应用探索

摘    要:目的:探索仿真模拟教学在脊髓损伤患者/家属实施自主导尿操作的临床效果。方法:将我科2017年5月~2017年12月收治72例脊髓损伤致神经源性膀胱患者按随机数字表法分为观察组38例和对照组34例,对照组采用常规方法,观察组采用仿真模拟教学,由护士对患者/家属进行导尿操作培训,患者/家属操作熟练后方可行导尿操作,比较两组患者/家属清洁间歇导尿操作掌握情况、培训满意度、导尿成功情况、干预前后日常生活能力及生存满意度改变情况。结果:观察组对于仿真模拟教学满意度高,培训后导尿操作成功率高,且患者日常生活能力及生存满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在间歇导尿操作培训中对患者/家属应用仿真模拟教学方法有利于提高其导尿操作熟练度,提高导尿成功率,增加患者的满意度,值得临床推荐。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical effect of simulated simulation teaching on self-dominating urine operation in patients/families with spinal cord injury.Methods:The random number table of 72 patients with neurogenic bladder caused by spinal cord injury in our department from May2017 to December 2017 was divided into observation group(38 cases) and control group(34 cases).The control group used the routine method,the observation group used simulation simulation teaching,and the nurse performed the catheterization training for the patient/family,and the patient/family experienced the feasibility of catheterization.The self-contained urinary compliance rate of clean intermittent catheterization was compared between the two groups of patients’ family members,and the activities of daily living,satisfaction with survival,and bladder recovery before and after intervention were compared.Results:The activities of daily living,satisfaction with life satisfaction and self-contained catheterization in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of simulated simulation teaching method to patients/families in intermittent catheterization training training is beneficial to improve their urinary catheter operation proficiency,increase the success rate of catheterization,and increase patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
