急性痛风性关节炎的中医研究进展

随着饮食习惯的改变,痛风的发病率逐年上升,作为难治愈的代谢性风湿病,因嘌呤代谢紊乱和血尿酸的排泄障碍,在短时间内突然发现剧烈疼痛、关节红肿,给患者带来痛苦及健康危害。西药因其毒副作用及较多的不良反应使其应用受到限制,中医治疗急性痛风性关节炎的优势逐渐显现,并得到更多关注,本文通过对近五年的文献检索,主要通过病因病机分析、针灸、中药外治、内服及中医综合治疗等方面进行论述,浅要分析中医药急性痛风性关节炎的研究进展,中医药治疗安全性较高、疗效确切,无明显毒副作用,值得在临床推广和应用。

The Progress of Chinese Medicine Research on Acute Gout Arthritis

With the change of dietary habits,the incidence of gout is increasing year by year.As a refractory metabolic rheumatism,due to purine metabolism disorder and blood uric acid excretion disorder,severe pain,joint redness and swelling are suddenly found in a short time,bringing pain and health hazards to patients.Western medicine because of its side effects and more adverse reactions to make its application is restricted.The advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute gout arthritis have gradually emerged and gained more attention.This article is based on literature retrieval in the past five years,mainly discusses the etiology and pathogenesis,acupuncture and moxibustion,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,internal administration and comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.briefly analyzing the research progress of acute gouty arthritis of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine treatment of higher safety,efficacy and no significant side effects,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.
