| 摘 要： | 痛风性关节炎是由于血尿酸增高沉积关节引起的。时间节律变化从古至今一直影响并指导着我们人体的生命活动,故从中医时间学思想和现代时间学理论出发,探索出痛风性关节炎有着年节律、二十四节气节律、月节律、日节律、十二时辰节律、六经辨证节律和男八女七节律的特点。基于人体生命时间节律,结合痛风性关节炎的病因病机和发病节律,则提出了痛风性关节炎的"因时制宜"原则,指导中医特色化防治与健康管理。

| Abstract: | Gouty arthritis is caused by elevated blood uric acid desposits in the joints. The change of time rhythm has influenced and guided the life activities of our human body from ancient times till now. Therefore, based on the chronology thought of traditional Chinese medicine and modern chronology theory, gouty arthritis is found to have the characteristics of annual rhythm, 24 solar terms rhythm, monthly rhythm, daily rhythm, 12-hour rhythm, six channel syndrome differentiation rhythm and "eight men and seven women" rhythm. On the basis of human life time rhythm and in combination with the etiology and pathogenesis rhythm of gouty arthritis, this assay proposed the treatment principle of according to the right time or gouty arthritis to carry out characteristic prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and health management. |
