持久性环境污染物POFA和PFOS的污染状况及毒理学研究进展

目的：探讨产前进行呼吸训练对产妇分娩结局的影响。方法：2010年5月至2010年11月，随机选择来我院的初产妇400例，随机选择200例为对照组，200例为观察组。对照组产妇临产后实行一对一责任制陪伴分娩。观察组产妇孕37w起进行产前呼吸训练与临产后实行一对一责任制陪伴分娩相结合。结果：观察组各分值得分率与对照组比较都有显著性差异（P〈0．05），观察组镇痛效果明显强于对照组。观察组产妇的剖宫产率为28．8％，对照组为50．O％，两组差异具有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：产妇产前进行分娩呼吸训练有利于促进产妇产程进展，明显降低剖宫产率，值得临床推广和应用。

Conclusion：The parturient woman pre--natal car- ties on the childbirth breath training to be advantageous in promotes the parturient woman course of childbirth to progress, reduces obviously splits the palace production rate, is worth the clinical promotion and the application.
