白花菜子化学成分的初步研究

目的采用系统预试法对白花菜子可能的化学成分进行预试验,初步探索白花菜子的化学成分。方法采用试管反应法,对白花菜子的石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应,对白花菜子可能含有的化学成分进行初步研究。结果白花菜子中可能含有糖、氨基酸、蛋白质、有机酸、皂苷、黄酮类、生物碱、油脂、挥发油、蒽醌、酚类、甾体、三萜类化合物等化学成分。结论初步确定白花菜子含有多种有效成分,为白花菜子的进一步开发利用提供了实验基础。

A Preliminary Study on Chemical Components in Seeds of Cleome gynandra L.

Objective To identify the chemical components of Cleome gynandra L.seeds with comprehensive preliminary tests. Methods The mixture that was extracted from Cleome gynandra L.seeds with petrol ether,purified water and 95% ethanol was studied with test tube method.The chemical components of Cleome gynandra L.seeds were preliminarily demonstrated with precipitation reaction and color reaction of multiple indicators. Results Cleome gynandra L.seeds might contain sugar,amino acids,protein,organic acid,saponins,flavonoids,alkaloids,olein,volatile oil,antraquinones,phenols,steroids and terpenoids. Conclusion The research provides foundation for further study and application of Cleome gynandra L.seeds.
