中医推拿结合枝川疗法治疗冻结肩的临床观察

目的 对中医推拿松解结合枝川注射疗法治疗冻结肩的疗效进行了临床观察.方法 36例ASA分级为Ⅰ～Ⅱ级,年龄在50～70岁之间的冻结肩患者,男16例,女20例.全体病人在臂丛神经阻滞下进行中医推拿松解肩关节,然后对肩关节周围的硬结和痛点进行枝川注射疗法.结果 36例病人中,完全治愈10例,好转22例,无效4例,总有效率为88.9%.结论 采用中医推拿松解结合枝川注射疗法治疗冻结肩有一定的临床效果.

Clinical Observation on Frozen Shoulder Treated by Traditional Chinese Manipulation Release Combined with Naosan's Therapy

Objective To observe the effects of the traditional Chinese manipulation release combined with Naosan's therapy on treating frozen shoulder. Methods Thirty-six patients with frozen shoulder ASA grade Ⅰ～Ⅱ ,aged 50～70 years were treated by the traditional Chinese manipulation for the release of adhesion of shoulder joint under brachial plexus block , which were followed by Naosan's therapy for the local indurations or pain-points around the shoulder.Results Among the thirty-six patients,10 cases were cured, 22 cases were on the mend and 4 cases had no effect. The total effective rate was 88.9%. Conclusion The traditional Chinese manipulation release combined with Naosan's therapy may be more effective on treating frozen shoulder.
