新冠肺炎疫情背景下翻转课堂在医学实践教学中的应用

摘    要:目的通过结合问卷调查,文献阅读的方式,探讨新冠肺炎疫情下翻转课堂在医学实践教学中的可行性与意义。方法通过对四川大学华西医院诊断学实践课程学生及年轻带教老师的调查,了解教学过程中双方对于翻转课堂与网络教学的了解程度及接受程度,进行问卷收集并分析。结果在新型冠状病毒疫情下展开以翻转课堂为形式的网络教学是否有意义的提问中,共计64.1%的师生认为在新冠疫情下展开翻转课堂形式的网络教学有意义或较有意义,14.1%的师生认为意义一般,分别有12.82%和8.98%的师生认为没有意义或意义一般。96%的学生表示愿意尝试翻转课堂。另外,超过半数的师生认为利用翻转课堂的网络教学比普通的网络教学更有效。结论通过将翻转课堂的形式运用于网络教学,加强网络课程互动性,提高学生的参与感以保证学生学习兴趣,同时能明显提高学生的成绩,是值得尝试并且推广的一种教学模式。

Abstract:Objective Through a combination of questionnaire surveys and literature review,the feasibility and significance of flipped classrooms in medical practice teaching under the epidemic situation were explored.Methods Through a survey of students and young teachers in the diagnostics practice course of West China Hospital of Sichuan University,we can access the understanding and acceptance of flipped classroom and online teaching by both side in the teaching process to collect and analyze questionnaires.Results The results showed that in the question of whether it is meaningful to launch online teaching in the form of flipped classrooms under the COVID-19 epidemic,a total of 64.1%of teachers and students think that flipped classroom under the COVID-19 epidemic in online teaching is meaningful.14.1%of teachers and students think the meaning is general,12.82%and 8.98%of teachers and students think it is meaningless or general.Regarding whether the surveyed students are willing to use flipped classrooms for online teaching,96%of students expressed their willingness to try.In addition,more than half of teachers and students believe that online teaching using flipped classroom is more effective than ordinary online teaching.Conclusion By applying the form of flipped classrooms to online teaching,the interaction of online courses is strengthened,and students’sense of participation is improved to ensure students’interest in learning,and at the same time can significantly improve students’performance.This is a teaching model that is worth trying and promoting.
