摘    要:乳腺外科学具有自身独立的临床特点和自成体系的诊疗方法。在乳腺外科教学中患者隐私要求高,给临床带教带来各种挑战。如何让刚步入临床的学生对乳腺外科产生学习兴趣,对课本理论知识有感性认识,对临床工作产生热情,提高乳腺外科的临床学习质量,是值得我们思考解决的问题。临床教学质量直接影响医学生的培养,为提高临床医学生的临床教学质量,加强临床教学管理,不断改进教学方式,探讨一套新的临床教学模式,总结学生特点及带教中存在的问题,将慕课为基础的翻转课堂混合教学模式应用在乳腺外科带教中,提高乳腺外科临床教学质量。

Abstract:Breast surgery and Breast has its own independent clinical characteristics and its own systematic diagnosis and treatment methods. The high requirement of patient privacy in the teaching of breast surgery brings various challenges to clinical teaching. It is worth thinking about how to make the newly clinical students interested in breast surgery, have perceptual knowledge of textbook theory, be enthusiastic about clinical work, and improve the clinical learning quality of breast surgery.Clinical teaching quality directly influence the cultivation of medical students, to improve the quality of clinical teaching for international students, in order to strengthen the management of clinical teaching, improving teaching methods, to explore a new teaching mode, summerize some features and the problems existing in the teaching of students, mix turn longed for classes on the basis of classroom teaching mode applied in breast surgery teaching, improve the quality of breast surgery clinical teaching.
